After dropping the very successful Bricks In My Backpack mixtape trilogy, Troy Ave hits us with a collectors edition White Christmas, mixtape hosted by DJ Holliday. With features from Noreaga, Pusha T, Mac Miller, Avon Blocksdale, and Chase N Cashe, Troy Ave continues to give us that classic drug talk without making sound corny. You have to respect an artist that continues to get better like Troy. Chillin with Mac Miller is so smooth, it’s one of those joints u can play in the summertime. Troy went off on Anti Social and Karate although this is the type of music that helped to grow his fan base. The standout track on this mixtape Concrete Jungle was a very surprising collaboration between Troy and Pusha T, real niggas been waiting on a track like this for a while. Other dope tracks to check for are Blanco, Red Lipstick featuring Chase N Cashe, and Dope Boy featuring Nore. One of the hottest tracks in the street right now is on this mixtape which also appears on Fabolous’ Soul Tape 2 -  Only Life I Know, Troy’s hook makes this song complete. Fab and Troy both delivered, if you have been in the street then you can definitely relate to the tales in these verses. Overall this mixtape has a lot of great moments I have been watching Troy make moves that has put him in a position to be great and speak for the dope boys. Rating 8.0/10
